Ordering Mail Service Prescriptions
How do I order a prescription the first time?
Option 1: Call WellDyneRx at 1-888-479-2000
- Go to Drug Savings and use our search tool to find your drug cost for mail service and retail pharmacy pricing through WellDyneRx
- Click on the place a mail order link
- Call 1-888-479-2000 and provide the WellDyneRx customer service person with the My Health and Money Group Number (HAM) and your Member ID number. You will be asked to give your medical history over the phone and a credit card to purchase your prescription.
- You must either send in your original prescription or have your provider fax it to WellDyneRx.
Option 2: Complete and Mail in Forms
- Complete the Mail Service Signup & Medical History Form, include the “HAM” group number, member ID, credit card information, and the payment amount based on our drug price list. If you don't want to use a credit card, you may include your payment via check or money order when mailing in your signup form and original prescription.
- Please read and sign the HIPAA Form
- Mail the signed portion of the policy with your Mail Service Signup & Medical History Form.

How do I order a prescription refill?
Call for Refill from WellDyneRx Mail Service Pharmacy
Call 1-888-479-2000 (prompt 2) approximately three weeks prior to depletion of your medication supply.
Please Note: Filled prescriptions cannot be returned to the pharmacy by law.
Once the pharmacy has verified your registration, payment and valid prescription, your medication(s) will be shipped to you within 5-7 days.

I downloaded my deal – how do I view it?
How do I download a deal?
Whenever you download a file, a dialog box should pop-up asking if you would like to RUN or SAVE the file. We recommend always selecting the SAVE option and then choosing your download location.
PC

Changing download locations
- Start a new file download. It can be the same program you just downloaded or another one all together.
- A dialog box should pop up asking if you would like to Run or Save the file > Choose Save.
- The "Save Window" should now open. The folder name at the top middle of the "Save Window" is your current download location.
Mac - Safari
- Click the download button
- The Downloads window opens. If you don't see the Downloads window, choose Window > Downloads.
- To pause downloading: Click the "X" to the right of the filename in the Downloads window. To resume, click the curved arrow.
- To cancel the download: Click Clear.
- To find out where a downloaded file has been saved: Click the magnifying glass next to the filename in the Downloads window.
My download was blocked – how do I get it?
As a security precaution, some browsers disable automatic downloads. In most of these cases, a "security bar" may appear at the top of the browser window informing you a download has been blocked. To continue the download, click the security bar and select the option to allow the download.
If you do not see the security bar and the download is still being blocked, adding "myhealthandmoney.com" (with no www) to your trusted site list often fixes the problem.
For Internet Explorer:
- Go to > Tools > Internet options > Security tab > and select the "Trusted sites" section.
- Now click the "Sites" button.
- Type in "myhealthandmoney.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
- Uncheck the checkbox at the bottom that says, "require server verification..."
- Click Close > click OK.
- Click your browser's back button and click on the Download Now link again.
For Firefox:
- Go to > Tools > Options > Security tab
- Now click the "Exceptions" button.
- Type in "myhealthandmoney.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
- Click Allow > click Close > click OK.
- Click your browser's back button and click on the Download Now link again.

What do you consider abuse?
- Posting or linking to content that is pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
- Posting private information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, driver's license numbers or private contact information.
- Posting content that isn't yours, whether copyrighted or someone else's personal material.
- Pretending to be someone else or claiming false credentials.
- Using the ask & answer section for commercial or advertising purposes.
- The use of ask & answer as an opportunity to libel another person.
- Engaging in, linking to, or promoting illegal activities or content.
- Collecting or posting personal information about someone else by name.
- Asking other members for money or financial assistance in any way.
